Today is November 26, Thanksgiving day. We shop at the Weis Market store 2850 Carlisle Rd , Dover, Pa 17315.we have shopped at this store for going on 40 years with very few complaints.
Our customer preferred card number 402********. Today my husband went into the store for Thursdays newspaper for the Black Friday sales flyers. He came home and handed me the paper. I look at the front and it had the same pictures as Wednesday,I looked at the date and said this is Wednesdays paper.
Take it back and get the right one. He went down and took it to customer service. The employee who was working in customer service said they couldnt take it back and then proceeded to tell my husband that paper was on the counter and not from the rack. My husband told her it was in the rack and he wanted Thursdays paper.She started arguing with him.She then had another associate come over and this woman told my husband again that he got it off the counter not from the rack.
He went over and pulled a stack off the rack and slammed them down on the counter. And proved they were wrong. This behavior is unexceptionable. They did not even apologize to him.
This employee can cause people to stop shopping there and shop at Giant right up the road. My name is Judy Plubell and my husbands name is Alfred. We have spent thousands of dollars at this store over the years. I am sure if you run our number you will see the money amount we have spent.
I hope this behavior will be addressed.when the employee who was working was also in the deli at onetime she was rude there as well. We are retired and are on a fixed income,$5.00 we could have used for another purchase.

I have been shopping in this store since 2009 today I was so disappointed with the services of this customer. She stated her name was ms Grant but refused to show her batch.
I went to buy a lottery ticket, gave her numbers to put in the system, she said she was told not to do so which was fine with me. I circled the numbers in the lottery ticket as she demanded, and I had to wait for her for about 15mins, she saw me waiting but she decided to ignore me even when one of the staff told her that we were waiting for her she still ignored and then eventually came back after keeping us in the store for the total of 25mins. I do not mind waiting in line for one hour if there are other customers, but waiting for a store member with no one in line except me for this amount of time is unacceptable.

Weis stopped selling veggie cheese which i used all the time

I was standing in line with my hands full. The cashier immediately was disrespectful and aggressive told me to get out of her line.
Do to my face mask was not far enough on my nose. However she disrespected me in front of other customers remove me from the line. Even after I adjusted the metal band and made it tighter around the bridge of my nose. At no point was my mask below my nose.
Her demeanor was disrespectful did not even tell me why quote remove yourself and fix yourself. Without even telling me why my mask was up over my nose it had just fallen from the Upper Bridge to the lower. I have never been so humiliated and verbally disrespected in my life.
I was wearing a mask correctly so I thought apparently she decided that it wasn't up to her standard. She was so loud and disrespectful and abrupt everyone all the way down at self-checkout was looking at me and shaking their heads I am still shaken up about the experience it was humiliating and embarrassing and not necessary all she had to do is say your man mask is starting to fall pull it up

Rude Manger!
I went to Weis yesterday on Tidewater Trail in Fredericksburg, Va., to get a ham for dinner among other things. I usually don't shop here because of the rude cashiers and mangers.
The Weis ham's were priced at 14 cent. yes 14 cent! I brought two of them up to the cashier, The manger I'm assuming was helping her bag. I told them about the ham's.
she grabbed them out of my hand and said no there priced wrong and the price will be around $16.00 and took them away. I never got my ham or a Thank you for being honest. she acted like I'm the one that put the price there! I could of said nothing and just paid the .14 cent.
I saved the company from a lot of loss. but I got nothing. I don't know what the law is in Virginia should I got the ham's at that price? there has been many problems with this store.
one time I needed a money order I went to customer service there was someone in the back office and I timed this it took 12 minutes for him to come wait on me. I made a comment must be pretty busy today. he said rudely I was trying to count money. but now I'll have to start over.
to say the least I walked out! bad produce and meats, expired product's on the shelves. I'm done!
I'll never step foot in this store again. I'll go back to shopping at Walmart.

While I was shopping at a Weis store, Germantown Pike Norristown PA . I was 1/2 thru when a woman approached me from behind while I was bending over to put something under my cart!
When I stood up she was standing close to me with a Mask stretched out between her fingers! Like she was ready to put it over my face! She asked would you like a mask? I said No THANK YOU.
She look confused and sorta stunned... she then said there are signs saying you must wear a mask! Then she said the Gov. is mandating Masks!
I told her that actually if she went to the PA. Website she would see that there is an exemption, that states that if, You have a medical issue that prevents wearing a mask you are not required to wear a mask. She was dumb struck . And I also added that I had been grocery shopping at this Weis store durning this entire covid fiasco!
Since March. When I switched to Weis pharmacy. She simply disappeared... no reply, no apology no nothing.
I continued grocery shopping and checked out spending a whopping $375.00! Checkout young man was great ! No problem. I want Weis to know about this event, I found it to be disturbing and deeply upsetting.
That this woman overstepped her authority and accosted me, in public and that she didnt even know the law ! Aside from that a MANDATE IS NOT A LAW! The Gov.
Wolf did not make a law! I believe my Constitutional Rights were violated.
