Unhappy regarding fee for on line shopping

Delivery ordered yesterday afternoon. Slot open was for 4pm today ( they can disappear while you're filling out stuff) Site wouldn't allow additional items or changes to order.

Anyway, I provided my phone number and requested they call do I could buzz them in.

Not sure if I provided my entry code, I usually do since buzzing in never works. Never got a call but had an odd sound on my phone so I tried to see if I could buzz them in . That didn't work so I went downstairs to let them in and my groceries were piled up in the vestibule. Someone from my building had to help me put them in a cart,( just had heart surgery) then I was able to get up to my apartment and unload myself.

If the person had just called me they could have made this easy. But I usually use Instacart and they know what to do. I am probably partly at fault but there just was no communication at all. Didn't find out about out if stock items or replacements til the order arrived.

I think Weis could do better. There are other issues with their website but they are probably working on it

Poor Service

I ordered some whole wheat bagels from the Weis in Hershey PA because there have not been any for a week. For a week I went in and no wheat bagels. My wife went to the store and they gave a a 6 pak of wheat bagels. She did not know there was a differance, they are pre sliced and smaller. I went to the Palmyra store and they had the regular bagels there. By the way, the bakery was stocked full and nice persons working there. Now I was in yesterday and I see at Hershey they are putting the cheaper sliced wheat bagels of for the higher price of a regular one. Today they were doing the same with the raisin bagels. What out people they are out to take you.

I purchased several items at weis market mifflinburg this evening at around 830 pm. I bought other items and a pack of rotten green inside gizzards. They looked perfectly fine on the outside. I brought them home and decided to cook them and when i did they smelled odd so i cut into one then when i seen ho how GREEN the insides were i got sick. This is shameful. stop re

How to cook something I ordered

nothing happen. I left a message because I bought these stuffed scallops and there were no heating instructions. went to Matlaws site and found out. Usually no big deal but have to be careful with seafood. Price was cheap! $1.50 for 2 servings.

Today I received the WRONG covid booster at Weis Pharmacy Muncy without being notified. I probably wouldn't have even been told had I not glanced at the card to see it didn't say the name of the booster I had signed up for. Store gave me a number for a District Pharmacy Manager, but no response.

Drove to Weis because another store was sold out of an ice cream I like, Weis markets price was 1.00 more for a pint of ice cream, while I was in the store I picked up a couple more items to save time everything was at least 25 percent higher, no more Weis markets for me, not one item was the same price as I usually pay or lower

Price too high

Went to Weis markets to purchase a special brand that was sold out at another grocery store in the area, the price of the item was exactly 1.00 more expensive at Weiss, also purchased fresh apples to bake with at 1.99 per lb, next day went to another store in the same area to pick up item I forgot to bake the pie, the same apples were 1.29 per lb, NO MORE WEIS MARKETS FOR ME,

Nasty Customer

I was at the Binghamton NY location and was going through the self checkout and I was appalled by the weis employee. I first had to call her over since she did not respond to me raising my hand, she was too busy talking to another employee.

I had bogo salad which was marked by a sign and it was not ringing up. I asked if they were on sale, she responded that how would she know all the prices in the store. She then if I asked if I put my card in and I said it said that it was accepted. She said I had not or it would come up.

I put the card in and it did not ring up. She said then it is not on sale. I responded that she needs to make sure the sign was down or it would happen to another customer.

She responded that it was the least of her worries and went back to talk the the other employee about how much of a headache she had.

She had no mask on and had a symptoms of COVID. work wi symptoms of COVID d report Weis.

Unprofessional

I was in a Weird store the other day and I noticed a employee was wearing leggings, they are not proper for work and they can be very revealing. I noticed some are still wearing uniforms and I appreciate that because sometimes when the employees bend over or their pants slide down you see more then you want to.

Hamburgers , appers unsafe packing

Bought hamburgers ( 4 pak 11.99) from Weis Markets, hillsborough,NJ on 07-21-21 came home, only 7 min ride, My daughter looked at the package and said , the packing does not look good full of air and plastic rapping bulging, Returned to store customer service on 07-22-21 3PM and was told no refund. To whom it may concern,

At approximately 7:00 P.M. on Monday March 29th, 2021

I stopped at Weis Market

6551 Waterloo Road

Elkridge Maryland, 21075.

As I walked around the store approximately 15 to 20 minutes while selecting items and putting them in my hand held basket.

After I gathered all of the items from throughout the store. My original reason for coming in was to go to the Deli. I made my way over to the Deli there I stood next to a lady who was also a customer that was already there for at least 5 minutes. She decided no one was in sight she went and checked out without getting her items.

I decided that I would just wait until I could see a store clerk and ask them for assistance. Which I did I saw a young man walking towards me heading to the left side of the store pass the deli. I asked him if he could get someone to assist me. I told him I had been standing at least 10 minutes he said I apologize I will get you someone.

That gentleman walked away and he came back in a short while and informed me that someone would be right back very soon. A young gentleman who was an employee came up and he stood in front of the deli counter while I'm on the opposite side of the deli counter and he just was staring at me and that annoyed me because first of all someone told him that there's somebody waiting he seem to be irritated or bothered by me being there as if the deli was closed or something. I said Sir you could at least greet me he said I said with a raise voice can I help you. So I proceeded to ask him if they have Peppered Turkey he said no we out of that, I said okay I would like some Swiss cheese he then said no we out of that too.

I said well how about the Swiss cheese that I'm looking at in the glass display he said so do you want the ones with the holes in it? I said sir I just want some Swiss cheese. Still with the raised voice I said to him, you know what's disrespectful first of all you came over here you never greeted me he disputed me and said he did then I said I asked you for two things and you seem like you have an attitude speaking loudly to me I don't want anything. Lack of Customer Service in mind he didn't say no compromise at all just said okay then.

at that point I said to be fair to him I'm going to let him know I'm going to find a Manager he said I'll get my Manager myself. As if me mentioning his Manager meant nothing to him he knows that he's able to get away with this horrible, rude behavior. So he went behind the glass spoke to a young lady as he waited for the Manager to come when the Manager came I said I would like to talk in front of him so it doesn't appear that I'm making up a story I told the Manager what I just said happened he never denied it. I said to the manager his attitude his posture is horrible for me to be a paying customer when it's several stores I could go to and I chose this one the manager never apologized the employee never apologized I told him that I would follow up with this the manager only said to me I'll speak to him.

I told him at this point I'm disappointed in the customer service that I've received. I would like to address this matter and a follow-up!

I feel so disrespected with this situation I have several people that I will pass this information on I guarantee you.

I didn’t even get a call from them, they didn’t do anything about my issue.

I went in there to get a money order and I had rolled change. The cashier opened the rolled change and began to count it, then she gave all the money to another cashier to count. She came back and said it was short .75 Cents and that they wouldnt accept the unrolled change. I was so upset because they are the ones that unrolled it, and tore the rolled up so I couldnt reroll it. I always shop there, I wont go anywhere else so they get a lot of my money and I dont like them treating me this way.

I had my Dr call in 4 refills on Monday 2/1/2021, due to bad weather the branch I normally use in Ephrata, Pennsylvania closed early. I came back in on Tuesday 2/2/2021 at 2:00 pm. The pharmacy filled my wife's script that was called in around 12:00 pm on Tuesday 2/2/2021 before they filled mine that were called in the day before. It seems unless Angelo is working the place is in utter Kayos. I had to wait 45 minutes to pickup scripts that were called in the day before. The first person to help me told me that my scripts were done but they were still working on my wife's. Boy was I surprised when my wife's script was done and mine weren't.
